Shoot. I’ve not been documenting or blogging. I have a trainer appointment in a few minutes. I have spent a lot of the day being incredibly relieved that we don’t have a conservative government in Canada. I just don’t think we can afford going backwards on climate change. We have enough trouble going forward.
I am trying to restrain my eating but I keep getting bummed out and then I flail or fail or eff up.
