Mutant Diet Phase 11 Day 40
It took all I had to fill in my diet log from yesterday. Shame. Fatigue. I struggle to keep moving.
The distraction factor is maddening. This morning as I’m on the bus on a rain soaked day, I am informed by text message that someone gained access to the building, rifled through the laundry room and stole some clothes that were hanging. That’s just one of the many things including a disturbing federal election that clouds the mind and weakens the will.
On the technology front, my laptop misbehaved again, and my phone stopped synchronizing with my Fitbit.
It’s time to breath, focus on posture, plan the day and enjoy the distractions as they come.
