I ask you. Did I need on the day after Thanksgiving a Windows Update that took my work laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10?
Today I try to right the dietary ship. This morning I was still full from Thanksgiving dinner. The Sunday yoga class was cancelled and we didn’t figure this out in time to plan a substitute. And today I see the Personal Trainer. I am so not weighing in.
Part of what I realized on the weekend was that I want to put a more positive spin on my thinking. For example, I’m waiting and waiting for my laptop to shut down. I could fear for what happens next or I could write this blog post and have this small task done.
