Mutant Diet Phase 3 Day 26
I was reminded of a mindfulness exercise in which you pay closer attention to what you’re eating when you eat it. This would be regardless of what rubbish choice you’ve made. For example if you have gone to the Candy Zone or the Pizza-and-beer Zone you should at least slow down and enjoy the dietary mistake.
I want to this weekend look to plan ahead a bit better (another form of mindfulness) and also slow down and think about what I’m eating.
Of course writing this post has made me hungry and I have a meeting 10 minutes.
