My legs are freaking killing me. I’m sitting very still right now but fear standing.
I worked with the personal trainer yesterday and realized that walking up the stairs to the gym that my quads, glutes and hamstrings were call locked up. She used the elbow-the-guy-until-he-confesses-from-the-pain technique to loosen them up so that the wonderful deadlifts would work.
Of course I’m riding the bike because the weather is nice and yes, this morning my legs said, ‘Er, you can gear down that this hill because I’m screaming.”
Food wise there was a big improvement yesterday, but sustaining it is the challenge.
Yoga at lunch time. I’m really not sure how that’s going to go.
