Mutant Diet Phase 3 Day 54
It’s Friday and I’m behind on so many things.
Yesterday dinner was a classic disrupted schedule that led me to eat away from home and the wrong things. It’s time to make fewer of the same-old, same-old mistakes.
The muscles are all sore. No injuries. I still have to head to the gym to complete the workout I did not complete yesterday. I just could not get to the Bulgarian bags.
And this will be the 5th day in a row I’ve ridden 12.3 km. I do feel the impact of this on the body fat. A pity that the bad carbs keep creeping in.
