I’m very happy to report that donuts have entered the dietary equation.
Well, this is a planned cheat day which started around 3 PM yesterday.
With concerts that have all my family members in them plus work social events, the decay of the diet/fitness process is unsurprising.
Let’s see if I can keep some semblance of moderation between now and Tuesday.
