The only recommendations I want you guys to give is for further meetings to resolve this.
I must remind both of you are Canadian elected officials that British Columbia is in violation of the UN’s Convention on the Rights of the Child. Please look at Article 28.
Perhaps this is not a common practice, but this is so serious a situation for the children, I expect you to rise above your normal partisan behaviours.

Thank you for taking the time to require clarity and accountability from your MLAs. I wish with all my heart that there were more parents like you willing to beat down doors for truth and facts, which seem very hard to come by in this dispute. The BCTF has this document, framed almost exactly as you have framed it above. I wish I could paste it here for you, but I can’t put a chart in this comment box. Try e-mailing Nancy Knickerbocker at [email removed for safety] and asking her to forward to you the “State of Bargaining Proposals as of September 2, 2014”. Good luck to you!
