Blessedly today is a Yoga day so that I can recover from Mary’s Killer Workout. I don’t think I could face the homework yet.
The normal schedule is heating up on a number of fronts and I have to be careful that unwanted carbs don’t creep in. It’s also odd that I’m not hungry so much until I start eating. Go figure. The weather in Vancouver is STUNNING and it makes riding the bike all that much easier. By the way, who’s taking bets on how many medical emergencies today for the “4/20” event on Sunset Beach? |
