Day 44. I don’t have much today. Yesterday was a difficult day for several reasons only one of which was relevant to this process. I’ll be documenting that later once I know what’s happening for sure.One thing that’s interesting is that the natural reaction to disappointment is to reach for food. That did not happen last night despite some awesome incentives.
I have attached a Spider-man cover that is one I own and is somewhere in storage. I needed a pick-me-up so I went looking for covers. These are now considered “retro” covers. My son, when one day I finally crack open the boxes in storage, will be amazed. He thinks I have “ten hundred” comics. |
The homework for today is showing below. Yesterday’s session involved a lot of shoulder stuff that was really liberating in that area. I don’t think I’ve been stronger.
