Catherine and I had a night out, which was wonderful. It was cool and fresh and no raining. Couldn’t ask for better when using public transit and shoe leather. But of course having deviated a little from the diet, I have to be sure I don’t start continuing along that line of “oh just a couple of this and a couple of that”. I really want to avoid the cramming-for-the-exam in the last month of this adventure. I have enough stress as it is. |
Today is a rest day from the aggressive fitness but I have to admit a bike ride on this glorious cool day wouldn’t be a bad thing.
