Mutant Diet Phase 9 Day 11
Oh come on! I just had my breakfast; I ate homemade cookies last night with reckless abandon; I slept horribly; and now I’m hungry again – 10 minutes after breakfast. WTF?
To say this is frustrating to do with a cold and constant interruptions in my schedule is an understatement.
My issue here is not diet/fitness, it’s getting enough rest to clear this cold, which will clear my head, which will give me more time to focus. It’s the only plan I have and I’m sticking with it.
