Mutant Diet Phase 11 Day 45
Well, this is going poorly. I’m just not focused on this. I did a workout with the trainer that involved trying to boost up the smaller muscles in the back and legs. Ouch.
But the eating is not good. I weakened last night after getting home. Work and other items in day-to-day life were frustrating. What I should have done is have a nap, not eat. But responsibilities forbade it.
At this stage I have to try to keep the documenting, even if incomplete, going so I don’t derail fully.
