Mutant Diet Phase 10b Day 13
I’m amazed I got this post done. We moved the big kid to UBC Residence today. That was my workout, which was a lot given my triceps and lats are still BAKED from the Thursday morning personal trainer session. I must be an idiot. I think this fellow could tell me “do another 47 of these heavy things” and I’d be dumb enough to try and then say afterwards that it was just a flesh wound.
I caught a glimpse of myself in a reflection of a glass door and I did not look the same. But in a good way. The negative nelly voices did not like to hear that.
