Mutant Diet Phase 6 Day 60
This is just embarrassing. My food log says it all. And I realized I mis-counted the days. Goodness.
At least the fitness is working. I had a personal trainer session Tuesday at noon. Wednesday at noon the workout really hit me. I felt like I could barely lift my fork to my mouth. I had my lunch meeting and then at the office realized I could make a 1:10 PM yoga class. So I went. It was the level 2 class so it was harder and my shoulders were particularly unamused by the activity.
I’m aware of the mental strain that’s derailing the food choices, but I am trying to gently steer the boat back on course as opposed to beating myself up.
